Population

Hydra has a population of abutr 2,170, many of whom live not in the small typical Greek houses but in proud Venetian mansions. Almost all live in the capital Hydra-city, a few dozen live in the hamlets of Episkopi, Kamini, Mandraki, Molos, Palamidas and Vlychos.
